Spring Has Sprung

Bulbs have slowly found their way out of the darkness of their tombs.

Yellow blooms stand proud

crying out “I survived the winter!”

Baby buds peek out of tree branches,

Waiting for their turn to shine!

The clouds hold back the rains letting the sun shine again.

Soon the darkness of winter will be a distant memory.

Our faces turn towards the warmth of the rays.

Rejoice this spring as you too have survived another winter!
